First Experience: injection treatments

In March 2024 I went to a med spa for my first injection treatments and overall it was such a great experience! Specifically I was looking to get Botox and discuss treatment for my under eye bags because genetically I have very pronounced and puffy under eyes. My injector was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We discussed different options and we settled on Daxxify instead of Botox which is pricier but lasts longer (6-9mos). As far as under eye treatment, I was recommended RHA Redensity 2 and 4 for my more stubborn left eyebag! I am absolutely thrilled with the results! The Daxiify completely eliminated my “11 lines” and forehead creases and the RHA really improved the appearance of my eyebags! I look more youthful and well rested!

It’s been 5 months since my treatments and the Daxxify has really held up! I definitely have more movement back in my forehead and I have a few forehead wrinkles slowly returning but I would agree that it will last me 6 to 9 months before I need a touch up!

Note: one thing to note for those of you who may have hooded eyelids like me, is discuss adding a bit of an eyebrow lift because my hooded lids became more pronounced once movement in my for head became restricted. I think in the future I’ll ask for less units in the frontalis and I would love to do a temporal brow lift.

Overall I’m extremely happy with my results!
