Didn’t see much from viviscal

I tried the scale a few times over the years. It’s supposed to have some sharp ingredient that speeds up regenerative cellular activity. But I really didn’t see much hair growth when I took it. I believe from what I remembered you have to take two a day? It was just hard to remember to always take it. With hair unless you see significant growth that’s really hard to determine what works or not. So maybe it would’ve worked if I was more consistent with it but again within the three months of me taking it I didn’t see anything that pushed me to wanna take it more
